By renting a dumpster from Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC, you agree to these terms. The dumpster remains the property of Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC at all times.
Dumpsters may be used for general household waste, construction debris, yard waste, and similar materials. You are responsible for ensuring only permitted materials are placed in the dumpster.
The following items are strictly prohibited: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerants, asbestos, medical waste, and any other materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law. Additional fees or refusal of service may apply for prohibited materials.
You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster placement location is safe and accessible. Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by dumpster placement. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from dumpster placement on your property.
Our 15 yard dumpsters include the first 1½ tons (3,000 lbs) in the rental price. Loads exceeding the included weight may incur additional fees.
Please do not overfill the dumpster past the top track where our net cover must be placed to haul the debris securely to the landfill. There is a line on the side of the dumpster that reads "Do Not Fill Past This Point." If there is an overfill, an overfill fee starting at a minimum of $65.00 will be charged to the card on file for your account. Overfilled dumpsters cannot be transported legally and will not be picked up until excess material is removed.
Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Extended rental periods may be available — contact us to arrange. We reserve the right to retrieve the dumpster at the end of the agreed rental period.
